Our Team

In April 2020, Jimmy, a lifelong Angeleno, purchased a property with a backyard of cracked concrete and overgrown weeds. Over time, he built raised beds, planters, and row crops surrounded by native herbs, fruit trees, and climbing plants. Nearly everything growing here today is edible or medicinal.

The space has since become much more than a garden. It's home to a wood-fired pizza oven hand-built in Portugal, a concrete and brick Argentine grill, and a six-foot-deep BBQ pit that doubles as a fireplace.

Not long after this transformation, Jenn and Jacob arrived from New York, drawn to the lush greenery and sense of calm in the middle of the city. Coming from a lineage of hosts and cooks, they began gathering friends for dinners and celebrations, discovering how naturally the space brought people together. Jenn, a DJ at dublab, also brings music into the garden, curating live performances and backyard sets that foster connection and showcase eclectic talent.

Over time, the garden has hosted birthdays, holidays, and countless evenings that are hard to put into words. Each one has added something to its story. We're glad you found us, and we look forward to welcoming you.
