On February 22, The Gauchos Asado Argentino and Twentieth Street Garden will come together to host our third Domingo de Asado, an intimate, slow-burn Sunday gathering inspired by Argentine open-fire cooking. Rooted in tradition and hospitality, the afternoon unfolds around live fire, communal tables, and a thoughtfully paced seven-course meal. It’s a celebration of intention over speed, abundance without excess, and the joy of lingering over a meal and conversation.
